Not real easily... the mispeelings page uses the search index, which
deliberately includes language links as an aid to searching.
The only thing to do would be to load the text of all matching pages and
parse them for interlanguage links, then check for the word again. Which,
of course, would make it even slower. :)
Note however that the system is already a little limited in that it'll
treat accented characters the same as the search does -- which is often
not how you'd want to treat them in a spell checker. If someone wants to
rewrite the function, be my guest.
