As you can expect, I'm back to join the discussion.
This time though no long rants about language rights.

I think it would be good to include all Wikipedias
that have more than 1000 articles in the top list and
have a drop down box somewhere in the *middle* of the
screen that says "Wikipedia in your language" that you
could click and then pops up all the languages
including one that says "Other" which goes to the page
with the list of languages. Drop down lists catch the
eye quite well and I think most people would see them.
Now, the question is, how do we put a drop down list
in the middle of a wiki page?!
I think we should let the top links stay as they are
on all the other pages of Wikipedia. How does this
sound?
