Yes, those are the current plans as I understand them :-) The idea being
that there's no point doing anything with the numbers from ratings until we
know what the ratings look like.
You have actually two problems regarding text:
* Is the article itself "fit" for the DVD/CD?
* Was it vandalized recently?
Besides several hundred smaller issues (Template Tags, Links to another
namespaces..)
