Friends, It's my great pleasure to announce that Assamese wikipedia completed 2000 articles on 13th January, 2012. The second thousand articles came out in just over a year (aswiki completed 1000 articles on 7 January, 2012). Congratulations to all the Assamese wikipedians who made it happen.
