I probably won't be going, but you could always try the Old Post Office.
Large variety of food, lots of tables and some sights to see for the
tourists! It's also very close to most of the landmarks for those who
haven't seen them. :)
Just one of many options,

Subject: [Wikimediaus-l] Washington, DC meetup: Saturday, July 21
Since this list came out of a DC meetup it seems appropriate to
announce the next here!
5 pm, venue TBD. Meet our lovely new legal counsel, Mike Godwin (yes,
*that* Godwin).
No venue yet -- if you know of something with inexpensive food, able
to seat a bunch of people so they can all hear each other, all ages,
and Metro-accessible, Be Bold and edit the page -- otherwise I will
choose something lame in the next day or so just so the plans are set!
Suggested conversation topics include: welcoming Mike, local chapters
in the US, thoughts and ideas for the people going to Wikimania to
bring with them, your idea here...
Suggestions for pre-meetup outings welcome too. :-)

Cheers,
Kat
