Hmmm, I'm trying to look for the setting that says something like this "anyone with the link can view/edit/change the calender" but I can't find it. I'm only seeing the option of sharing by entering people's email addresses. I'd appreciate some help here.

Note that the link you gave is just a general link to Google Calendar. If you meant a specific calendar, please use the share feature to allow us to see it.
