Hi Alex,

Have you prepared the framework? If your on tight schedule, I could find time during the week to come up with one - which might be a skeleton and we'll all beef it up together with all the folks on the mailing list. Your thoughts?

Also, Wikipedia's 10th anniversary is on 15th January. Wikipedians from all over the world will be hosting events, parties, workshops to commemorate this anniversary. Apparently, it wouldn't be centralised; that is, say, there would be an event in Hungary as well as New York City and many other places in the world.

Some may argue that we've not done as much to deserve a celebration, but I found it imperative to inform you what's happening elsewhere, nonetheless.

Below are what some folks are doing:

New York: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Meetup/NYC/Wikipedia_Day_2010

Budapest: http://wikimedia.hu/wiki/Konferencia

San Fransisco: http://2011.westcoastwikicon.org/wiki/Main_Page

There's also a Facebook page regarding Wikipedia's 10 years: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/event.php?eid=111411532247649

Regards,
Abbas
