just as input for the Discussion a little description of what WMNL has (in the end it is more important that there is a clear procedure than which procedure exactly):
* If the vote is about a proposal and there is a tie, the proposal is not accepted. (50%+1 is required to accept something) Status quo is maintained.
* If a vote is about people (and a decision is required) the vote is secret. If multiple people end on the same place, a second round will be held with the top-2. If they tie, fate will decide (throw a coin).
I don't say you have to use it, but it is just another option :)

I agree on that,lets do away with that to avoid the grudges.Perhaps in
a re-run/election,people change minds and opinions...
