I don't know the right way to do this, but to avoid a lot of unnecessary debates over who should go and how we decide whose going; I think it's best if the participants themselves first discuss what they want off-list. If  the participants are comfortable with discussing and deciding who should go -- well and good. If they can not decide, then they can request for a broader input from the mailing list. 

I don't know how we will do it, but i am ready to discuss this with Oscar & Alex first (off-list).
