Sam is overseeing the voting process and he'll soon release a read-only nominations doc in which the voters will read what the nominees have written before choosing their best candidates.

And, BTW, I think that another prerequisite that we should consider is the nominee's ability to public-speak. This is b'coz the nominees that will be chosen will make a presentation about what we have done so far in front of other chapter members, the Foundation Staff, the Foundation Board & the Chapters Committee followed by a Q&A. This is just to inform the nominees what's at stake and what'll be expected of them once they go to the Chapter's Meeting.
