Thanks Chris for Volunteering for this  and bringing to the attention. It seems we have been avoiding this issue for quite sometime and the earlier we settle the elections, the better.

For Starter, let us have guys interested in the Board respond to this thread ...we may just be preparing for an election that we may not need in the first place :-)
