I think they use it in the sense Wikipedia = Encyclopedia (they are covering India related news). Like Xerox machine became synonymous with photo copying.<br><br>People might even mistake any wiki for Wikimedia projects.  Probably there are 100s of sites like this all over the world. <br>
<br>Unless someone is misusing Wikipedia trademark intentionally, we better let them go off. An NPO like Wikimedia should not waste its resources in petty issues.<br><br>Ravi<br>
