HI everyone,<br><br>In case there are any mobile developers or social entrepreneurs on this list, I though I&#39;d make you aware of this opportunity.  They do limit it to NGOs, but there might be a way for the Wikimedia Foundation to provide the organizational support for an idea.  We would ideally support a mobile application that helped to expand access in India or uses Wikimedia&#39;s content in an innovative and engaging manner.  <br>
