There are two issues why they are so few links to Indic language versions, one is there is just a huge shortage of relevant articles, comparing an encyclopedia with 3.8 million articles to most indic languages versions which are ~100k or less is going to lead to a majority of times with no relevant cross-links. The second and the lesser reason is titles themselves are in Indic languages, so if a bot doesn&#39;t tag them right they don&#39;t get picked up.</div>
