Hi All,<br><br>Every time this idea is discussed, the technical issue of state / city level resolution and filtering of language issue comes and the discussions stalls.<br><br><b>State / city level resolution is not necessary and need not be an excuse for not implementing this feature.</b><br>
<br>If we find this feature will be worthy, let us test it and find the procedure for it. <br><br><b>This is one area where the Wikimedia tech team can be BOLD and implement it without worrying about or waiting for community approval procedure.</b><br>
