I want to add my own personal warmest-possible welcome to this addition to the band of brothers'n'sisters.  They've hit the ground running - and have brought even more energy to the program.  They are a wonderful bunch - even though they emotionally and physically drained me during their training and I have aged considerably since they came on board!  :-)
