Hoi,
OmegaWiki is a separate project. If you want numbers for other languages just add them.  When your language is not supported in OmegaWiki, as long as it has an ISO-639-3 code we are happy to have you. When there are differences in a language like different scripts, we are happy to have you.
Thanks,

This is great news Gerard. Hope to see the  numbers for other languages increase too.
I hope this can be done via TranslateWiki ?

Hoi,
I am happy to report that a problem we had with Telugu in OmegaWiki has been fixed.. We now just need more names for languages in order to have a complete interface with labels. We found out after I had blogged about numerals and Wikipedia on my other blog and Veeven had added Telugu numeral as a concept and added several numbers for Telugu.

The point is that there are few places where you find the numerals in a dictionary / encyclopaedic kind of setting like in Omegawiki.
Thanks,
