No Swaroop, the logo is a modification version of original Wikipedia Odia logo and can&#39;t be in a CC-BY-SA, the admin has to remove it by all chances as it is a WMF&#39;s copyrighted logo and can&#39;t be used anywhere except foundation&#39;s work.<br>
