Great, Yuvi. Let's all use this feature ourselves and hopefully Google will take not of it and promote the other language wiki pages in their search results themselves.

Update: I've now added ability to change language. Just go to
'Options' (from the extensions page) and enter your language code (hi
for hindi, etc). Needs a big UX liftup though.
