today we conducted the first Odia wiki Academy at the Secondary board high school , Cuttack to an enthusiastic crowd of 50+ students of class 9. in today's initiative i was joined by Srikant, Jyotiprakash & Kalakanta on the venue, as well as great support as usual by subhashis at the foundation .
today's sessions covered the introduction to wiki, wiki @ Indian languages & Odia wiki. the session was of 1.30 hr duration & joined by computer teachers of the school. Due to time constraint we parked the technical session to happen after two weeks at the same format.
the session seems to have good impact on the young minds and lets hope we will get good traction with some enthusiastic young wikipedians. if this is successful the school is interested to conduct the same for class 8 or other students in future.
At this moment i thank valuable support by all of u & good support by Mr Daitari Sir, HeadMaster , SBHS Cuttack & Swagatika Didi for their support .
