Wiki Loves Folklore, the photography competition focusing on intangible heritage, is open until the 28 February. Find the details here, your images of Irish culture could win you prizes! Folklore covers, and is not limited to, festivals, material culture, dances, food, clothing or daily life routine on the island of Ireland.

The writing competition on Vicipéid, An Feimineachas agus an Béaloideas, runs until the 21 March. Find all the details here.

Virtual events

We have moved our monthly editing events in TOG Hackerspace online to Discord, so join us on Wednesday 24 Febraury from 7-9pm. You can learn about Wikipedia, as well as Wikimedia Commons, Wikidata and all the other sister projects. RSVP on Meetup to get the link to the TOG Discord server.
