The Chapters committee might ask for a lawyer approved translation of

creation of your organization as a Wikimedia chapter.
Além disso a tradução é um trabalho foda, ainda mais para o estatuto e com termos jurídicos, não sei quanto tempo nos tomaria, e quantos erros cometeríamos, pois os termos são técnicos.
Alias, temos que colocar um adendo quanto ao nome na tradução:
The legal name of the organization should be "Wikimedia [name of country in local language]".
For the sake of uniformity and clarity, it is suggested that a chapter should follow the naming convention adopted by existing chapters.
If this is not possible for legal reasons, the chapter should at least use the above name as an operating name for all ventures connected with Wikimedia.
Aí é só mandar um email para eles com o bylaw em inglês, que não lembro mais qual que é.
Então ajuntar a grana, pagar a tradução e mandar, já que estará aqui a partir do dia 4, já podemos ir para Augusta trabalhar para ver se conseguimos essa grana :P
