Due to the resignation of the chair Rocío Consales, a new Wikimedia Chile board was appointed for the remainder of the term 2019-2021. The positions were filled as follows:

- Osmar Valdebenito, Treasurer;
- Dennis Tobar, Director:
- Cristóbal Carrasco, Director.
