TL;DR:

* First Wikimedia Programs Evaluation 2015 Reports

* L&E Workshops at GLAM-Wiki Conference 2015

* APG proposals seeks community review

Greetings Program Leaders and Evaluators!

Important updates from Learning and Evaluation:

== Program Reports: first drafts available on the Evaluation portal [1] ==

As a result of the joint effort on Data Collection Round II [1], the Program Evaluation & Design Team is releasing the first program reports in early April. The overview report and first program reports are available for:

* Wiki Loves Monuments

* Other Photo Events

Reporting captures programs which were completed by between September 2013 and September 2014 reported through grants and voluntary reporting. We encourage everyone to review the reports, and start a conversation on the discussion page. As we walk together towards a better understanding of Wikimedia Programs, we want to thank everyone who contributed their time to the Data Collection, and encourage, as well, to keep reporting and tracking your programs.

== Learning and Evaluation workshops at GLAM-Wiki Conference 2015 [2] ==

This weekend, our team will be attending GLAM-Wiki Conference in The Hague, Netherlands. On Friday, April 10 (15:30 - 16:30), we’ll host the workshop “Pitching GLAM-wiki partnerships”. On Saturday, April 11 (14:00 - 14:50) there will be a Wikimetrics training; and following that, the workshop “Tracking and Reporting GLAM-Wiki Partnerships” (15:30 -  16:30).

Both workshops will have guest panelists that will share their experience working in partnerships, as we look forward to build a learning circle powered by peer learning.

== APG proposal open for community review [3] ===

Round 2 of the Annual Plan Grants program [3] is underway with the Community Review process open for your comments and questions. Six proposals were submitted this round to the Funds Dissemination Committee from the Centre for Internet and Society, Wikimedia Armenia, Wikimédia France, Wikimedia Italia, Wikimedia Norge, and Wikimedia ZA with requests totaling $1,531,687. [2] These six proposals, developed based on the organizations' annual plans, include programmatic and operational costs, and are requests for general funding.

All members of the community are invited to review any or all of the proposals, and to provide thoughts and ask questions on the discussion pages of the proposals. The community review period lasts until April 30.

As always, stay up-to-date by connecting on our portal [4].

On behalf of the Learning and Evaluation team, thank you for your time and attention.
