a choice between oversight and simple deletion. Simple deletion was
find in the less sensitive cases. Now, for large pages, that option is
gone, so oversight will need to be used in every case, that results in
a greater need for oversight.
Then the Foundation will need to review its policy to determine if
oversight is appropiate for removing un-sensitive information from
those pages. Because it has always been emphasized oversight should
not be used unless there's an important reason to do it, and htat's
why 2 out of the 3 cases require Foundation's advice in order to carry
on
