Dear Khmer Wikipedians,

I am Kounila Keo, one of the Wikipedian editors. Currently, Bong Vantharith Oum, Khmer Wikipedia lead, will be speaking and doing Wikipedia stuff from 4pm to around 7pm at Tech Expo or Open House at Development Innovations' launch event on March 18th.

I would like to invite you to a Tech Expo by Development Innovations, 3 year USAID funded project to grow a community of innovators who take ideas, and with the use of technology, create solutions that make Cambodia a better place. It starts from 12pm and finishes at 7pm.
