And point me to the source? (Haven&#39;t found the numbers in Laurent and Vickers&#39; <a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2705249/?tool=pmcentrez"><i>JAMIA</i> article</a>.) I wanted to share the numbers with some doctor-friends, to see if they can use the stats to mobilize their students.<br>
