I&#39;ve designed the template and posted it on some of the talk pages. It is available<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:BPositive/sandbox"> here</a>. Please go ahead and post it on talk pages of editors(you know) who might be interested in the COTM. Lets spread the word and get as many editors for an article like A. P. J Abdul Kalam. :)<br>
