Agree with you. I shall soon be designing a template which I'll be posting on talk pages of some active editors. Lets get more editors for the COTM who did well in the IEP and are continuing editing Wikipedia further.

The essential thing is to keep the number of folks involved growing. As this happens, the community will do what the community does best : improve articles!  ...so not contradicting you; just making a point of emphasis about this effort - especially at the current stage of its lifecylce. Keep up the fantastic work, buddy.  Awesome to see you going!
