It's was User:Balicha at work. Looking at the user's edit history, this person is pushing POV, because s/he belongs to same caste as that of the accused in the case.

The article history indicates that Balicha had made similar insertions twice in 2013, which were undone. This time, the edits managed to stay for 3 days before Bishakha fixed them.

Oddly, no one has ever warned this user, otherwise I'd have blocked the account today. Dropped a Level 4 im warning note on the user's talk page. Will block if the user tries to re-insert the objectionable content and fake references.

Someone had inserted chunks of POV material in the middle of several paragraphs - making it look as if the inserts came from the citation at the end of the para. But they didn't. Checked each by reading the full articles.
