Hello,Newcomers:I hope you will try the Sandbox exercise.After the training, I will have to hand- pick those performing to stay in the group. Ours is to train Ghanaians and spread the word about Wikipedia in Ghana. But so the outreach and group lives on, we also retain some of the people we train, to help further the cause.You are always welcome to be a Wikipedian/Wikimedian. You are entitled to your personal Wikipedian status. But to be that plus a Planning Wikimedia Ghana member, you'll need to work a little bit harder than if you were on your own.People who make the cut are those we can rely on to take care of Ghanaian articles, represent us any day anywhere and also help the group during outreach.You can't do these things if you are not active, you see?So, after training, only active community members will stay.
