Thanks for explaining the situation as it stands now. And it's good that you fix the video after Katie points out the problem. 

I understand that mistakes can happen during a group video in a large setting. But, ideally, the video would be previewed prior to being uploaded and it would be caught then. 

If we are offering people the option of not being videoed or photographed, we are letting them down if they are put in a situation where they have no way of knowing they are being recorded in a group setting and it goes public. 

Is anyone previewing the video and photographs to check for no photo stickers before they are uploaded.

Personally I asked to video crew to respect the stickers and they are people who record frequently hackathons and open related events with similar stickers. But we have a lot of footage during 5 days, some shoots can show people with the sticker accidentally. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.   I’ve asked the local team who was in charge of working with the video outfit to look into this.  (I know the videos they are working on in production now are sensitive to this, so perhaps one got by them?)
