Just a question, as I'm used to that from other events: will there be a feedback form or something? Especially as we're talking a lot about Lessons Learnt and evaluation stuff in the movement it would be important to have, I think. We just can improve further Wikimanias by giving input - in my opinion.

Indeed - a lot of HK food is deep-fried. I myself tend to avoid it for that reason - although my wife thrives on it!
