All volumes of Kannada Vishwa Kosha from
Mysore Univ is not available in market. Last volume was printed one or two
years ago while the first volume was printed almost twenty years ago. Those who
paid Rs.350 and booked the complete set (20 years ago!) got the full set now.
Recently, the complete set was made into
CDs. I don’t know their quality or where they are available, etc.
Jnanagangothri (Ed. Niranaja, 7 volumes,
~1975) is out of print long ago. It does not make sense to reprint it now as so
many things have changed.
There is another encyclopedia in 4 volumes
by Shivarama Karanth, made about 40-50 years ago. He was against reprinting
them as things have changed a lot. But recently they have been reprinted were
available in the shops. I have not seen them recently.

Jnana Gangotri is actually out of print now. It was published in 1972, but
never got reprinted. However, the Kannada Vishwakosha series from Mysore University
(12 Vol.s) is still in print. I assume that it would be available from the
Mysore University Prasaranga. This series is prepared and published by the
Kannada Adhyayana Samsthe at Mysore
