I don't remember any time limit on speedies. If it takes 2 years for
anyone to notice the article, then it gets speedied after 2 years, so
be it. In this case, however, it's borderline A7 - it does assert
significance, it's just not very significant significance. Given that
it had had a prod tag on it for 4 days already (00:30, 10 January 2008
by BWH76), I would have just waited.
