(Well, he's on the board, but that's just gives him a vote on board
resolutions, it doesn't give him unilateral power over anything.)

He wasn't actually an arbitrator, just commented on cases. I have to admit I wondered
where he came from. Turned out he came from naive acceptance of his fraudulent
qualifications, which I afraid I did not question.
