No link to said discussion was put anywhere on the
talk pages of the
articles to be involved in the merger, just general comments that it had
been decided following discussions on Wikipedia:Overlapping policies and
guidelines, >Wikipedia:Village pump, and Wikipedia:Administrators'
noticeboard.
I usually try not to overuse the acronyms, but it was late at night and I
wasn't thinking overly clearly. I hope this helps.
