After looking back at the affair, it seems to me that Slim and Flo's "leaving" was a ruse to get another admin punished for attempting to mend fences with one of Wikipedia's detractors. Parker

I've spent a lot of time discussing this with Jimbo, he's already emailed two people who were vexatiously trolling me, and I'd prefer not to have people trying to troll me. It does nothing for the discussion. In other words, stop trying to [[shoot the messenger]] please. I agree with about half of what I've seen you write, and I wish you didn't have this chip on your shoulder making you accuse anyone who disagrees with you of trolling. Actually, there /is/ a message; it's just that we've become so used to screams of "omg admin abuse" that we tend to dismiss them outright before checking to see if they're valid, which this one appears to be.
