At the end of the day, that's ArbCom (there are various steps before
that, of course). Of course, there's no court of appeal if you
disagree with ArbCom (I think it's still on the books that you can
appeal to Jimbo, but that's only intended for exceptional
circumstances), but you have to stop somewhere.
