Casey,
I tried to post a message on the Wikiquote List, but it was rejected because
I'm not a subscriber. I then tried to access their Village Pump, but my
oldish version of Internet Explorer got hung up (I know. I'm updating it
soon :-). As far as licensing is concerned, I've had it for a while, and I
think his old agency sent it to me personally. If I send it to you
privately, would you see whether Wikiquote wants it or not?
Thanks,
Marc

You might want to upload it to Commons (make sure you
license it
correctly, see [[commons:Commons:Licensing]]). Then:
* Post a message to the Wikiquote mailing list,
http://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikiquote-l or
* Post a message to the English Wikiquote's (or other language's)
Village pump:

I am trying to connect with someone from
Wikiquote, and I don't know how to
do that. I came across an audio quote by Rod Serling and was wondering if
they might want to use it in Wikiquote.
