She is supposed to be banned. Twice over. Is "banning" just a word that
means "go away for a few days"?
Who let him back, and why? I understand that banned persons have the
opportunity to redeem themselves, and I am all for that. But I would
appreciate it when a banned person is allowed back, if that would be
announced publicly so that there is none of this confusion of "should so
and so be back, or are they trying to get around the rules again?" Not
being certain that a person has legitimately returned can negatively
affect the persons ability to try and get off to a fresh start.
