Using all these and interlanguage links I think we can
create a (decent)
service that can work. I can suggest a DBpedia gsoc project for
this if
some people are willing to mentor a student [2].
I know very little about dbpedia, but if it helps, I'm willing to support
it from the Wikipedia / ContentTranslation side.
