But I do not see the Password Reset button.  (with or without using a VPN)
My password has not changed and still should work, so I don't really need to use the password reset feature.
There must be something else that is causing an error message that simply states:"Incorrect username or password entered. Please try again."
I have always used lowercase for my username and have only changed my password about 3 times since using Wikidata from the very beginning.
The last time it worked was just before my move to China.  I did request the global unblock already and that has resolved the previous messages I got where I could not get a login box.
I do get a regular login page on meta, wikidata, and english wikipedia.  But all 3 say the same message: "Incorrect username or password entered. Please try again."
This concludes me to believe there is an account issue which I do not have the means to resolve myself.
Certainly the easiest test would be to have some admin reset my password to a temporary password emailed to me?
If that works, then we know there is some issue with my password, and if it does not then further investigation could be made (header/response etc.)
