Lets take things slowly. It is vital that we get Wikipedia well connected first. Plenty of challenges there. If we concentrate on what Wikipedia needs in all its languages, we will get a perspective of what is notable for us. Other sources have their criteria..

Then we should create a Wikidata item for each concept on that
external database.
