Heya folks :)
We finally got our act together and figured out a way to better
involve developers outside the team at Wikimedia Germany. So if you've
been waiting for infos on what to code on in Wikidata here's good news
for you.
We'll file tasks and bugs in bugzilla and tag them with the keyword
"need-volunteer". We have already added a few and more will follow.
This doesn't mean you can't work on the rest but those are the ones we
think are best to work on for now.
Here's a search for all of the open ones:
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?keywords=need-volunteer&keywords…
If you start working on any of them please leave a note in the bug
report so others know what's going on.
Cheers and happy hacking
Lydia
PS: If you're not a developer but want to help please let me know and
we'll figure things out together.

Heya folks :)
One of the suggestions that came up at Wikimania was to have a
newsletter for Wikidata. The idea is that people can sign up and then
have important stuff posted to their user talk pages by a bot. Is
anyone able to help me set this up?
Cheers
Lydia
