I don't think it is appropriate to add a link in the right panel of
Arabic Wikipedia pages, after all we don't see the English Wikipedia
putting a link in all pages to the wikitionary, or any other open
Dictionary.
I think it would be appropriate to link to that great dictionary from
the "Arabic Language" article. And as I told Nadim, I will put the miniQ
in a block in some Linux related sites such as linux4arab and
openarabia.. After all, it seems that the Right Menu is not easy to
customize and to add to.
As for the Wikitionary, Did Arabeyes put the Wordlist under GNU FDL ?
Another thing, it is my understanding that the Wordlist (and QaMoose)
are English-Arabic .. I guess that the word list will be of great input
to the English Wikitionary, to provide Arabic translation for English
words, for example:
http://wiktionary.org/wiki/Bird
Will have an Arabic translation. I guess that knowing that the Wordlist
is more than 80k entries it will be a huge effort to move the words in
it to the English Wikitionary. I really hoped that the Word List would
be of ANY use to build an Arabic-English dictionary, but it seems that
it is not what it was designed for.

May I suggest to add a "قاموس" link to the
section where it says
says "عدل هذه الصفحة" and "راقب هذه الصفحة"? Nadim had done a nice
Mini.Qamoose interface and it helps to have a browser window
open for the dictionary. My work has been hard core translation
from en->ar.
Please take a look
http://www.arabeyes.org/~nadim/cgi-bin/cgi/miniQ.cgi
Secondly, we have the license and we have the content for Wikitionary,
what are we waiting for?
