Hello my friends, 

Aiming the continuity of the education program in Brazil and more participation of the Brazilian academy, I am proposing the creation and recognition of a new user group with special focus on Education and Research. 

I would like to work closer to the international Wikimedia movement, planning and executing activities with foreign universities and chapters.
