I don't think that I personally know any Wikimedians who can translate into Amharic, and Amharic Wikipedia appears to have a low level of activity, so I am sending a message to this mailing list in addition to contacting a few users who have recently made contributions to Amharic Wikipedia with the hope that one person will contribute an Amharic translation in the next few days.
