My account was created a few days ago. Everything ran well, but not SVN. When I tried committing my changes, SVN replied:

Couldn't perform atomic initialization

What seems to be the error? I have done all the steps correctly and worked using both Ubuntu and Windows, but the problem still exists. Help is greatly appreciated!
