Today, I moved all remaining issues listed at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Labs/Tool_Labs/Needed_Toolserver_features to bugzilla. I have created the following tracking bug:

which lists all the remaining issues. Hopefully this will help in clearing up the remaining issues *before* the toolserver is actually decommissioned.
